You can write in either plain text or Markdown formatting, include TextExpander Touch Snippets, include custom URL actions, and more. The special keyboard includes a separate row for navigation and special characters. You can even insert photos into the body of the text. You'd then have to Cmd-P to bring up the dialog, then type the shortcut you made for the PDF menu item. Export using a number of apps, like CloudApp, and Dropbox. Then, try to create an Application Shortcut with the name that shows up in the PDF popup menu. That folder will show up in the PDF popup menu in the print dialog. You can add a folder to the PDF Services menu by adding an alias to your Dropbox folder in the PDF Services folder in your Library.
